Michael E. Morden is a Partner at Honigman Law Firm. He concentrates his practice on trust and estate planning, administration and dispute resolution. He counsels families and closely held businesses on wealth preservation and succession planning, advises US and non-US persons on tax and reporting obligations regarding transfers of property in and out of the country, and represents taxpayers in connection with examinations by the Internal Revenue Service.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Master of Law degree from the New York University Law School. Michael has completed bar admissions in Illinois and Michigan. He was a Partner at Dentons US LLP in Chicago and returned to Michigan a few years ago.
Michael recently joined the Board of the Futures Foundation. He hopes to contribute to the organization’s efforts to enrich the lives of people with disabilities in whatever ways he can.
