For 20 years, the Futures Foundation has served children and adults with developmental disabilities. A developmental disability is a chronic condition that results from an impairment that arises before adulthood (age of 21), and causes individuals challenges in areas of their daily and long-term life. The Futures Foundation provides people with special needs and their families with the help and support to have the basics for daily living, and to drive solutions that will further quality of life opportunities.
